A spiritual project in collaboration with the Ottawa Community and multi-cultural/multi-faith organizations to provide an outdoor facility to conduct Yoga and Meditation sessions, educational discourses and to hold spiritual retreats.​

Pranayam/Yoga Sessions

The Great India Festival organizes Yoga sessions and special workshops  as part of ‘Yoga in Canada’ initiative.

All the Yoga sessions and workshops are FREE and OPEN to all.

Try and attend as many of these yoga classes as you can. There are many benefits to daily yoga practice. Yoga makes you feel better. Yoga increases your flexibility. Yoga improves your strength. Yoga boosts your immune system. Yoga builds focus. Yoga energizes you. Yoga boosts your metabolism. Yoga reduces anxiety.
