Bridging generations for social services and education between youth and seniors of all age groups. ICCC Ottawa’s Gen-Con Program is an inter-generational collaboration that creates lasting connections between youth and seniors by sharing experiences and expertise with the younger generation and youth sharing their expertise with seniors.

Key Objectives of this Program:

• Enhancing inter-generational understanding
• Developing tailored resources to support youth and a data bank of both mentor and mentees
• Facilitating meaningful mentor-mentee connections
• Providing essential awareness about the Canadian workplace
• Delving into how the program effectively addresses challenges faced by seniors and students (international) alike
