APPEAL FOR SUPPORT FROM EKAL CEO BAJRANG BAGRA
Most of you have seen the wrath of CORONA in India.
This is a call to come forward to help HUMANITY. Need is now.
Ekal has been successful in keeping 100,000 Ekal villages with a population of 100 million people safe until recently. We are sorry to share that the epidemic has now begun to infiltrate Ekal villages. Most of the Ekal villages are very remote, and generally do not have easy access to medical facilities. A large team of Ekal workers is trying hard to prevent and control the epidemic in these villages. Ekal needs funds for the prevention and control of the epidemic in these villages for the following:
- Telemedicine to provide medical consultation to patients.
- Diagnostic equipment such as Oximeter and Digital Thermometer
- Over the counter medication like Paracetamol, Erythromycin, Zinc, etc.
- Make masks at Ekal tailoring training centers, and distribute masks
- Provide immune-boosters including Vitamin-C and Ayurvedic immune-boosters (Kadha)
- Counter misinformation
- Take immediate action when people feel sick
- Promote acceptance of vaccination
- Provide tele-health consultations for sick patients in partnership with the National Medicos Association of India using the Intelehealth tele-health platform.
