ICCC Mentorship Program
This program aims to provide youth with resources and mentors to help them achieve educational and career goals. We have established two mentorship programs that will allow youth to access the specific resources they require.
This program will be offered as a more permanent program to Youth by the members of the ICCC. In addition, this program will be offering long term mentorship by experienced and established members of the community. This a chance for ICCC senior members to offer tools they picked up which they found with various experiences throughout their careers, study periods and life experiences.
This program will be offered by the summer students in order to offer mentorship to the Youth of ICCC, as well as a buddy system. The program will be held bi-weekly across social media platforms as well as on the ICCC website with different themes. The goal is to encourage and support students/future graduates by offering suggestions and knowledge to help them advance in their careers/studies.
