Core Values Description:

Spirituality: A point of view of life from which one should look at both the knowable and the unknowable (mystic) cosmic play & issues.

Sanskriti: Pride in Heritage & Cultural values.

India’s rich Sanatan (permanent) values from Vedas provide a holistic understanding that Materialism (wealth- physical, mental, emotional, rights & responsibilities) and Spiritualism (metaphysical world, Dharma & Moksha/Salvation) are neither contradictory nor separate from each other.

Service: Performance of duty for the well-being of all in the society – with a total comprehension of dignity, opportunity, and aspirations for progress / empowerment of the individual/organization and the society.

ICCC’s numerous services stems from Rich Indian heritage & cultural values.

Sangathan: A team of people with “An Ideal” (Vision), “A Mission” and “A Strategy” working together to accomplish “Unity in Diversity” in the institution/ organization.

“Great Things Happen When We All Work Together.”

Seeking: Continual search for ideas, mechanisms and alternatives for the development and growth of the individual, organization/institution, and society.

Integral Humanism: Whatever I earn, I consume to nourish myself and family. I belong to Society; hence, I have a duty to the society that sustains me and my family. If I care for the society, the society shall in turn care for me.

Similarly, a society is a part of the entire humanity. Hence all societies should work in the larger interest of humanity as a whole. Humanity in turn is a part of Nature. Nature provides humankind with all means and resources for its nourishment and protection. Nature itself is a part of the ALMIGHTY ATMAN/GOD. This is how we are all are inalienably united with the Ultimate (BRAHMAN). This is Integral Humanism – very essence of Indian (Santana / Hindu) thought.
