The Care & Share Group is for anyone currently living anywhere in the City of Ottawa, who either needs help dealing with COVID-19 (Coronavirus) or has help to offer – whether it’s an extra pack of TP or a grocery pick-up/drop off… Basically, a message board for people to share COVID-19 related information, resources, etc. Please post the neighbourhood you are living and post what kind of help you need in dealing with COVID-19 or what kind of help you can offer. You may also share any COVID-19 (Coronavirus) related information. The goal of this group is to organize the local community on the grassroots level to ensure vulnerable community members have access to food, housing, healthcare, and other necessities. It is also for the redistribution of resources in the case that stockpiling prevents people from accessing basics. You can also post requests for aid/support here. Please share any opportunities/events that may be helpful to support community members!
