ICCC Charity & Philanthropy: “Giving Back to the Community”

“Giving Back to the Community” is a cherished value of our rich Indian heritage.

The Indo-Canadian Community Centre is thankful to the Ottawa community for supporting its “ICCC COVID-19 Relief Fund” campaign  and generously donating over $78,000 to-date for the four charities namely: The Ottawa Hospital, Shepherds of Good Hope, Ottawa Food Bank and The Ottawa Mission.

The community has also provided several “in-kind” contributions including 500+ meals (Indian cuisine) for frontline medical staff of Ottawa hospitals and 1500+ face masks to the community.

ICCC also supports education and empowerment of remote rural India through its collaboration with EKAL Vidyalaya. EKAL Vidyalaya, India has world-wide endorsements. ICCC has donated $25,500 to help the opening of life-time schools and the stitching of 14,000+ face masks to prevent spread of COVID-19.

Please donate generously via e-transfer: treasurer@icccottawa.org to support ICCC’s ongoing campaigns for both the COVID-19 Relief Fund, and for opening of EKAL schools in your area of choice in India.
