The Canada-India Centre for Excellence (CICE), housed in Carleton University, was created by Carleton University, the High Commission of India, and some Indo-Canadians. The centre aims to participate and work on policy initiatives with the help of people working in various fields to develop such policies that would be of benefit to Canada and India.
