Here is the update from Ottawa Public Health:
“NEW: The Ontario government is expanding appointments through its online booking system to individuals aged 75 and over, effective Monday, March 22, 2021.
All those who are born on or before 1946 are now eligible to register themselves for COVID-19 vaccination. Also please note that those 80 years of age and above and who have not yet registered can still do so.
It is requested that all eligible seniors should register themselves with Ottawa Public Health.
